Susan's Kettlebell Training

There isn't much out there that logs entire Kettlebell Training sessions. You can get them, but they aren't free. This blog is going to contain not only 3 full hour long Kettlebell training sessions a week BUT also 3 full hour Strength Training sessions and commentary by me: Susan J.f. Bartley, Personal trainer and RKC Level I & II at South Carolina Barbell in Columbia, SC

Haven't posted in a while

Last friday was the X-Files movie premiere. Because I was so over wrought with emotion from the movie, I am just now getting around to posting. I apologize.

Monday, July 25th - The WORST workout I have EVER done!!! This tops the 1,000 rep workout

Squats w/ 135 lbs.
Deadlifts w/ 135 lbs.
Prowler w/ 20 lbs.

10 Squats, 10 Deadlifts, Prowler for 100 ft down and back
9 Squats, 9 Deadlifts, Prowler for 100 ft down and back

The plan was to work down to 1 but we only had time for 10 - 6. I also snuck 3 laps in later in the day because my Gymnasts were taking turns pushing and we had an odd number so I kept having to push back up the hill.

The scientist, seeing the simplicity and purity of children, he said: "To you I will show you the secret to being happy. Come with me and pay attention. In reality are two chests where I keep the secret to being happy and these are : My mind and heart. The great secret is none other than a series of steps you need to take along the life:
