Strength Training this AM
Marc was in a crappy patty mood this morning so we did a lot of horrible stuff:
Leg extentions w/ 30 lbs. 20 per leg x 5 sets
Hamstring Curls w/ 30 lbs. 20 per leg x 5 sets
Seated Front Rack Squats w/ bar only x 15, +10 lbs. per side x 25, +20 lbs. per side x 25 x 4
Stationary Lunges on the Bosu ball 15 per side x 1, 20 per side x 1, 25 per side x 1, 35 per side x1.
It was pretty hard and crappy on top of all the other stuff I did this morning and last night. I have been sucking down the Xtend and taking extra BCAA's and Glutamine. I love the glutamine chewies from Betancourt. They taste like sweet tarts but they are good for you!
