There isn't much out there that logs entire Kettlebell Training sessions. You can get them, but they aren't free. Spinning!

This morning I joined our 5:30 am spinning class - there are only 2 of them regularly. I asked if I could bring in my Prince CD and they agreed. It was great fun and I was dying when we were done. I think this is going to be a good cardio alternative so that I don't just do the elliptical every day.

Strength training was again a bunch of tempo stuff, static stuff and other rep work.

Now, I am just working away on the computer all day long!
